FAQ Section 5 - Purchases

Question 5.1 - How can I buy one of your games? In order to purchase one of our games, you'll need to create an account on our website. See the 'New Account' link at the top of this page to create a new account, or just click 'Login' if you already have an account with us.
Question 5.2 - What payment types do you support? At this time, we support all credit and debit cards. We don't currently support Paypal or purchases through paper mail.
Question 5.3 - How is my credit card information secured? We keep your credit card numbers safe the simple way: we don't store any of it on our servers. When buying a game, your card information is sent directly to the credit card processor - the card processor only tells us if the charge succeeded or failed. Keep in mind that the card number, CVV, and expiration date are the only private fields on credit cards. The credit card companies do allow us to have your mailing address, last four digits of the card number, and a few other pieces of information, so we can print receipts and figure things out if there is a problem.
Question 5.4 - Refund policy In general, we will provide refunds if the product is blatantly mislabeled, oversold, or does not work. Our goal is to sell only high quality, working games. Beyond games simply not working, we do not generally provide refunds. Please be sure before you buy - it saves everyone hassle.
Question 5.5 - Is your site encrypted? Yes. Everything you do on the Guide Dog Games site is encrypted.
